POLICY

Canceling an order: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full refund minus the credit card fee. We cannot accept cancellations after that due to the custom nature of our products.

Returns: No returns on custom merchandise, cribs or furniture. We are a custom shop and everything we sell is custom made for the customer when we get the order, not pre-manufactured. So please be sure it's what you want when you order. All sales are final.

Warranty: Our cribs are covered for replacement parts for a period of one year from the date of sale. Crib parts that are damaged from improper use or circumstances beyond normal wear are not covered. Any missing pieces need to be reported to us within 14 days of receiving crib and will be replaced promptly. Please check the parts list upon opening the carton. Any parts needing replacement must be shipped back to us for inspection. Shipping of the replacement part to you will be covered by us.

Damages: We cover shipping damages. If any part of the order is damaged upon arrival, you must keep the original shipping carton and other packaging materials and notify us within 10 days so that we can make an insurance claim. Without the original shipping and packaging materials, they will void the claim so be sure to hold on to it.
